Eligibility requirements

Those with 10 years or more of work experience as full-time employees at universities, government offices, public organizations, or private companies

However, the following people are not eligible to take the exam:
- A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment or more and has not yet completed the sentence, or a person who is on a suspended sentence or who has not yet become subject to the execution of the sentence
?A person who has received disciplinary dismissal or an equivalent punishment and has not yet passed two years since the date of the punishment.
- Those who do not have a residence status that places no restrictions on activities in Japan
